Matrix Systems and Technologies is a growing technology company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We’re looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Associate to join our team and help us expand our reach.
What You’ll Do
- Support the development of growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Research new markets and customer needs
- Help arrange meetings with prospective clients
- Assist in promoting company products and services to address client objectives
- Prepare sales contracts under supervision, ensuring compliance with company guidelines
- Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Represent the company at networking and team-building events
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in business development, sales, or a related field (internships or part-time roles welcome)
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer support
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and planning abilities
- Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in business administration, sales, or a relevant field
- Willingness to learn about government contracts, procurement policies, and IT products/services
